Support took too long to answer for a remote team
Support took too long to answer for a remote team. I tested the premium plan. Overall, the instructions skipped important steps. I contacted support several times. I also liked that the documentation used plain language. I asked for a refund.

It works, but it took longer than expected for a first-time user. I tested the mobile app. Overall, the default settings were not ideal. Battery life lasted three days. The photos on the product page were accurate. It is acceptable, but not impressive.
