The product worked well out of the box for a remote team. I tested the compact model. Overall, the materials feel durable. I contacted support twice. The comparison chart helped me choose the right option. I will keep it in our regular workflow.

Delivery was late for a small team
Delivery was late for a small team. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the feature I needed was unreliable. The package included extra screws. The order arrived in less than 48 hours. The return policy made the purchase less risky. It was not worth the price.

Support took too long to answer while traveling. I tested the compact model. Overall, the feature I needed was unreliable. The package included a carrying pouch. A short video tutorial would have helped. It was not worth the price.
