I have mixed feelings after using it after a month of testing. I tested the premium plan. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. The first setup took one day. The email updates were clear. I also liked that the documentation used plain language. I would compare alternatives before buying again.

The value is acceptable for the price in a small office
The value is acceptable for the price in a small office. I tested the accessory bundle. Overall, the result depends a lot on how you use it. I used it with 6 people. The return policy made the purchase less risky. It is acceptable, but not impressive.

It does the job, but not smoothly with several people sharing it. I tested the compact model. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. The main issue appeared after two weeks. I might keep using it.
