Delivery was late while traveling
Delivery was late while traveling. I tested the new version. Overall, the feature I needed was unreliable. The price was hard to justify for light use. The first setup took less than an hour. The photos on the product page were accurate. It was not worth the price.

The product worked well out of the box for a client project
The product worked well out of the box for a client project. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the packaging was careful. The price was reasonable during the sale. A short video tutorial would have helped. It solved the problem I bought it for.

The first run went better than expected after two weeks of use. I tested the compact model. Overall, the app connected on the first try. The price was reasonable during the sale. I also liked that the documentation used plain language. It is one of the better options I have tried.
