The first impression was disappointing for a first-time user
The first impression was disappointing for a first-time user. I tested the mobile app. Overall, the size was different from the description. The price was higher than expected. A short video tutorial would have helped. I would wait for a better version.

It works, but it took longer than expected with several people sharing it. I tested the starter kit. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. The first setup took two weeks. I also liked that the documentation used plain language. It is acceptable, but not impressive.

Support took too long to answer in a busy household
Support took too long to answer in a busy household. I tested the replacement part. Overall, the finish scratched during normal use. The price was hard to justify for light use. The main issue appeared after about a month. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. The email updates were clear. I would wait for a better version.
