It works, but it took longer than expected after a month…
It works, but it took longer than expected after a month of testing. I tested the mobile app. Overall, the advanced options are hard to find. The package included a quick-start guide. The photos on the product page were accurate. It is okay for small teams.

Support took too long to answer for a remote team
Support took too long to answer for a remote team. I tested the starter kit. Overall, the size was different from the description. I contacted support several times. The first setup took a week. The comparison chart helped me choose the right option. I would wait for a better version.

It does the job, but not smoothly after a month of testing
It does the job, but not smoothly after a month of testing. I tested the travel case. Overall, the setup guide could be clearer. I contacted support twice. The package included a charging cable. A short video tutorial would have helped. It needs a few improvements.

The value is acceptable for the price on a tight budget
The value is acceptable for the price on a tight budget. I tested the mobile app. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. The main issue appeared after less than an hour. Battery life lasted less than an hour. The return policy made the purchase less risky. I would compare alternatives before buying again.
