Support took too long to answer in a small office
Support took too long to answer in a small office. I tested the new version. Overall, the replacement process was unclear. The price was fair for the quality. I contacted support three times. The email updates were clear. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. I had to switch to another option.

It works, but it took longer than expected in a small office
It works, but it took longer than expected in a small office. I tested the replacement part. Overall, the result depends a lot on how you use it. The order arrived in ten days. I had to search the help center to finish setup. I would compare alternatives before buying again.

There are useful features, but the experience is uneven in a busy household. I tested the compact model. Overall, the advanced options are hard to find. The first setup took less than an hour. The price was reasonable during the sale. I might keep using it.
