The setup process was frustrating as a replacement for an older product. I tested the compact model. Overall, the size was different from the description. The main issue appeared after most of the afternoon. I expected better quality.

The setup process was frustrating during onboarding
The setup process was frustrating during onboarding. I tested the premium plan. Overall, the box arrived damaged. The order arrived in one week. The main issue appeared after two weeks. The comparison chart helped me choose the right option. I also liked that the documentation used plain language. It was not worth the price.

It does the job, but not smoothly while traveling
It does the job, but not smoothly while traveling. I tested the mobile app. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. I used it with 6 people. The return policy made the purchase less risky. I might keep using it.
