The design feels practical for a client project
The design feels practical for a client project. I tested the accessory bundle. Overall, the instructions were clear. The first setup took two weeks. A short video tutorial would have helped. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. It feels like good value.

Support answered quickly for a small team
Support answered quickly for a small team. I tested the premium plan. Overall, the materials feel durable. The main issue appeared after three days. I had to search the help center to finish setup. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. I will keep it in our regular workflow.

Support took too long to answer in a small office
Support took too long to answer in a small office. I tested the compact model. Overall, the replacement process was unclear. Battery life lasted about a month. I used it with 2 people. A short video tutorial would have helped. The return policy made the purchase less risky. I would not order it again.
