The setup process was frustrating for a small team. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the box arrived damaged. The order arrived in one week. The photos on the product page were accurate. A short video tutorial would have helped. I would not order it again.

There are useful features, but the experience is uneven in a busy household. I tested the mobile app. Overall, the default settings were not ideal. The main issue appeared after less than an hour. I had to search the help center to finish setup. It is acceptable, but not impressive.
