There are useful features, but the experience is uneven in a small office. I tested the subscription. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. I used it with 25 people. It is acceptable, but not impressive.

The item did not match the listing for a remote team. I tested the travel case. Overall, the feature I needed was unreliable. I used it with 2 people. The package included extra screws. The comparison chart helped me choose the right option. It was not worth the price.

The product is fine for basic use in a small office. I tested the premium plan. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. I contacted support several times. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. The photos on the product page were accurate. It is okay for small teams.

The product stopped working after a few days as a replacement for an older product. I tested the starter kit. Overall, the box arrived damaged. The package included a quick-start guide. I had to search the help center to finish setup. I expected better quality.
