Support took too long to answer for a remote team
Support took too long to answer for a remote team. I tested the premium plan. Overall, the replacement process was unclear. I contacted support twice. The order arrived in less than 48 hours. I had to search the help center to finish setup. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. I expected better quality.

The build quality feels solid while traveling. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the materials feel durable. The main issue appeared after less than an hour. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. The return policy made the purchase less risky. I recommended it to a teammate.

It does the job, but not smoothly as a replacement for an older product. I tested the subscription. Overall, the result depends a lot on how you use it. I contacted support several times. The comparison chart helped me choose the right option. The email updates were clear. I might keep using it.
