The item did not match the listing for a small team
The item did not match the listing for a small team. I tested the mobile app. Overall, the feature I needed was unreliable. I used it with 6 people. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. I asked for a refund.

The design feels practical during a busy launch week
The design feels practical during a busy launch week. I tested the starter kit. Overall, the instructions were clear. I contacted support several times. I also liked that the documentation used plain language. It is one of the better options I have tried.

It works, but it took longer than expected while traveling
It works, but it took longer than expected while traveling. I tested the accessory bundle. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. The first setup took one day. Battery life lasted one day. The return policy made the purchase less risky. The email updates were clear. I would compare alternatives before buying again.
