Support took too long to answer in a busy household
Support took too long to answer in a busy household. I tested the subscription. Overall, the box arrived damaged. I used it with 6 people. The return policy made the purchase less risky. The photos on the product page were accurate. I would wait for a better version.

It works, but it took longer than expected as a replacement for an older product. I tested the travel case. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. The package included extra screws. It is okay for small teams.

It works, but it took longer than expected for daily work
It works, but it took longer than expected for daily work. I tested the travel case. Overall, the setup guide could be clearer. The order arrived in two days. I had to search the help center to finish setup. I would recommend it only for simple needs.
