Support took too long to answer for a first-time user
Support took too long to answer for a first-time user. I tested the compact model. Overall, the size was different from the description. The main issue appeared after most of the afternoon. I would not order it again.

The design feels practical on a tight budget
The design feels practical on a tight budget. I tested the starter kit. Overall, the materials feel durable. The first setup took three days. The price was higher than expected. A short video tutorial would have helped. It is one of the better options I have tried.

The setup process was frustrating during onboarding
The setup process was frustrating during onboarding. I tested the accessory bundle. Overall, the instructions skipped important steps. The first setup took one day. The order arrived in ten days. The return policy made the purchase less risky. It was not worth the price.

I have mixed feelings after using it for a first-time user
I have mixed feelings after using it for a first-time user. I tested the subscription. Overall, support eventually solved the issue. The price was fair for the quality. The first setup took one day. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. It is okay for small teams.
