There are useful features, but the experience is uneven…
There are useful features, but the experience is uneven after two weeks of use. I tested the subscription. Overall, some parts feel durable and others do not. Battery life lasted about a month. I also liked that the documentation used plain language. The email updates were clear. I would compare alternatives before buying again.

There are useful features, but the experience is uneven…
There are useful features, but the experience is uneven as a replacement for an older product. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the default settings were not ideal. The first setup took a week. The email updates were clear. It needs a few improvements.

Support took too long to answer for a first-time user
Support took too long to answer for a first-time user. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the size was different from the description. I used it with 25 people. The return policy made the purchase less risky. I would wait for a better version.

The value is acceptable for the price on a tight budget
The value is acceptable for the price on a tight budget. I tested the subscription. Overall, the setup guide could be clearer. Battery life lasted less than an hour. I used it with 12 people. I had to search the help center to finish setup. I would recommend it only for simple needs.
