Support took too long to answer on a tight budget
Support took too long to answer on a tight budget. I tested the replacement part. Overall, the size was different from the description. The main issue appeared after three days. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. The comparison chart helped me choose the right option. It was not worth the price.

Delivery was late in a small office
Delivery was late in a small office. I tested the accessory bundle. Overall, the replacement process was unclear. The order arrived in ten days. Battery life lasted two weeks. A short video tutorial would have helped. I had to search the help center to finish setup. I would not order it again.
