The first impression was disappointing after a month of testing. I tested the compact model. Overall, the feature I needed was unreliable. The main issue appeared after most of the afternoon. A short video tutorial would have helped. I expected better quality.

Support took too long to answer for a remote team. I tested the mobile app. Overall, the size was different from the description. I contacted support twice. The comparison chart helped me choose the right option. I asked for a refund.

There are useful features, but the experience is uneven in a busy household. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the default settings were not ideal. Battery life lasted two weeks. The photos on the product page were accurate. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. It is acceptable, but not impressive.

The product worked well out of the box after a month of testing. I tested the new version. Overall, the app connected on the first try. The first setup took most of the afternoon. The photos on the product page were accurate. I will keep it in our regular workflow.
