Support took too long to answer on a tight budget. I tested the compact model. Overall, the finish scratched during normal use. I contacted support once. A short video tutorial would have helped. I would wait for a better version.

Support answered quickly for a client project. I tested the travel case. Overall, the main feature worked as described. I used it with 6 people. Battery life lasted three days. The email updates were clear. It is one of the better options I have tried.

The first impression was disappointing during a busy launch week. I tested the compact model. Overall, the replacement process was unclear. The order arrived in one week. The main issue appeared after less than an hour. The comparison chart helped me choose the right option. I expected better quality.
