Support answered quickly after two weeks of use. I tested the replacement part. Overall, the materials feel durable. I used it with 25 people. The photos on the product page were accurate. The email updates were clear. It solved the problem I bought it for.

The value is acceptable for the price after a month of testing. I tested the premium plan. Overall, the setup guide could be clearer. The first setup took about a month. The photos on the product page were accurate. It is acceptable, but not impressive.

There are useful features, but the experience is uneven in a busy household. I tested the mobile app. Overall, the default settings were not ideal. The price was higher than expected. I had to search the help center to finish setup. It is okay for small teams.
