The design feels practical for a first-time user
The design feels practical for a first-time user. I tested the premium plan. Overall, the controls were easy to understand. The order arrived in ten days. I also liked that the documentation used plain language. I will keep it in our regular workflow.

There are useful features, but the experience is uneven after two weeks of use. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the setup guide could be clearer. The order arrived in one week. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. I would compare alternatives before buying again.
