The product is fine for basic use for a first-time user
The product is fine for basic use for a first-time user. I tested the travel case. Overall, support eventually solved the issue. The first setup took most of the afternoon. I contacted support several times. A short video tutorial would have helped. I would compare alternatives before buying again.

The value is acceptable for the price in a busy household
The value is acceptable for the price in a busy household. I tested the dashboard. Overall, the advanced options are hard to find. The price was hard to justify for light use. The photos on the product page were accurate. The product page should mention this limitation earlier. It is okay for small teams.

It does the job, but not smoothly for daily work
It does the job, but not smoothly for daily work. I tested the replacement part. Overall, support eventually solved the issue. The order arrived in ten days. I had to search the help center to finish setup. The email updates were clear. I would recommend it only for simple needs.

The first impression was disappointing for a first-time user
The first impression was disappointing for a first-time user. I tested the premium plan. Overall, the feature I needed was unreliable. I used it with 6 people. I had to switch to another option.
